Hello again!

It’s been 5 1/2 years since I have written about well, anything…so much has changed in the world and my life in that time! I survived a stroke, the world shut down for a bit and real estate exploded and is finally settling back down in 2025…properties are staying on the market longer than a minute, even though prices have gone up, we’re actually roughly where the pricing would be if 2008 hadn’t happened. If you want to talk more about it, call, text or email me!

As life continues marching along, I am excited to have time to write again and while I am Turning Dreams into Addresses, I look forward to sharing about the neighborhoods and all the fun things I see as I share my Observations from the Driver’s Seat!
